Please carefully read our policy for returns and exchanges while shopping with us.

RETURNS
If something you ordered is not as expected, I will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange, minus shipping charges, within 10 days of delivery.  Please contact me within 7 days of receipt, and ship the item(s) back within 10 days of delivery for return or exchange.

Items must be in unused and unworn condition and in original packaging. Buyer pays all return shipping unless the item(s) arrive damaged. In such case, Rita Kay Jewelry will replace or repair and pay all related shipping. No item will be accepted without return authorization. Please contact us at RitaKayJewelry@gmail.com to start a return.

LEAD TIME
Orders will be mailed within 1-3 days of purchase, with the exception of custom orders, which generally take a week. We will stay in touch with our progress so there is no guessing on your end. We want you to be happy with our services and quality!

CANCELLATIONS for COMMISSIONS
We do not accept cancellations on custom orders or sale items. However, please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues with your order.

SHIPPING
We generally ship by first class mail in the US. Please contact us if you need to upgrade for faster shipment. Tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided.  Make sure to provide a full street address for shipping. If using PayPal, please make sure the address on your PayPal account is an accurate address.
